Have been coming here since I was a little, little, kid im 41 now and still has that small town feel, with that small town kinda help you expect. They have quite a selection of things from nuts and bolts, fitting, lawn and garden supplies, tractor equipment and attachments, and a service center for small engine repairs. I’m a big Google review reader—I’ll skim the five stars, but I always read the one-stars carefully. What matters most to me is how a business responds, because you can’t please everyone, but you can show character in your reply. Chenango Supply Company had one of the best responses I’ve seen, so I decided to check them out. I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on commercial equipment I didn’t need. I walked out with the perfect pole saw/weed eater combo for my half-acre yard, and they took the time to show me how to maintain it.
